New York, New York: Windham Mountain and Centerplate Introduce Famed Carnegie Deli Concept to Mountainside Culinary Lineup

New Yorkers rejoice… Carnegie Deli to debut this month for après ski palates, the first time the brand will have a presence at an American ski resort
WINDHAM, N.Y. (February 12, 2021) – Windham Mountain and its hospitality, catering and culinary partner Centerplate today announced the addition of the famed Carnegie Deli to the slate of food offerings for families at the popular Catskills resort, beginning Friday, February 12th ahead of the busy Presidents’ Week holiday. The iconic New York City delicatessen, Carnegie Deli, is known as “the world’s most famous delicatessen.” Carnegie Deli has been treating New Yorkers and tourists since 1937 with gargantuan pastrami and corned beef sandwiches and decadent cheesecakes. This is the first time that the Carnegie Deli experience will be available at a ski resort.
Windham Mountain and Centerplate will continue to employ strict adherence to all COVID-19 protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all visitors.

The following Carnegie Deli offerings will be available at these locations on the mountain:
- The Hot Pastrami Sandwich at the Mountain Express Cafeteria and Seasons Restaurant
- The Hot Corned Beef Sandwich at Seasons Restaurant
- Potato Knishes at Seasons Restaurant
