Sodexo proudly supports nine Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs), each dedicated to enhancing our workplace by fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through initiatives focused on cultures, gender, disabilities, sexual orientation, and generations, EBRGs contribute significantly to our mission of improving the quality of life for all, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued.

    Cultures & Origins 

    Under the Global Taskforce on Cultures and Origins, Sodexo aligns our 9 EBRGs to promote workplace diversity. This taskforce and its member groups drive initiatives that celebrate cultural appreciation, support for military families, Asian heritage awareness, indigenous rights, and Latino empowerment, fostering a workplace reflective of global diversity.

    Led by SoTogether and supported by our Gender Networks, our initiatives partner with organizations committed to promoting women's advancement and gender balance. Through these collaborations, we aim to achieve gender parity in leadership and create equitable opportunities across our global operations.

    Working with Workplace Pride, Stonewall UK, Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, and PFLAG, Sodexo's PRIDE network emphasizes LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion. These partnerships enhance our commitment to a workplace where every individual can openly express their identity.
