By 2025, Sodexo pledges to make 33% of our planned menu offerings plant-based, embracing the richness and diversity of possible ingredients. This initiative is not just about adding more plant-based options; it's about reimagining the flavor, nutrition, and sustainability of the dishes we serve. From farm to fork, we aim to meticulously select our ingredients to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and ethical production.
