Key to our approach is the battle against food waste, a major greenhouse gas contributor. Our WasteWatch program, in collaboration with Leanpath, actively reduces waste and encourages sustainable practices among our teams. Additionally, through our partnership with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and Traace, we've developed innovative methodologies to accurately measure and manage our carbon impact. 

Our sustainable eating initiatives support our environmental goals by promoting plant-based and plant-rich options, in partnership with Greener by Default, the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), and Food for Climate League, making eco-friendly dining an accessible choice.
