Sodexo Seniors DE&I Webinar

The United States is aging at an unprecedented rate. The population of Americans aged 65 and older has increased by nearly 40% since 2009, totaling around 56 million. That figure is expected to increase to approximately 95 million by the year 2060. As this population increases, it is also becoming more diverse. Sodexo Seniors partnered with McKnight's Senior Living to present the webinar "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Its Importance in Senior Living," which examines thought leadership on diversity, equity and inclusion and its importance in the senior living industry.

The webinar addresses:

  • The unprecedented aging trends in the United States and the diverse breakdown of those trends
  • Why senior living communities must incorporate DE&I strategies to appeal to this unique and influential population
  • Sodexo’s commitment to fostering diversity, equity & inclusion at all levels of the organization
  • How Sodexo Seniors partners with senior living communities that incorporate DE&I initiatives into their corporate identity
