This year’s Future Chefs Challenge invited young chefs to create dishes inspired by countries and cultures from around the world. The possibilities were endless — and our students delivered. Celebrating Our 2026 Future Chefs National Champion!

We’re thrilled to celebrate Roselyn, a student from North Olmsted City Schools in Ohio, as our 2026 Future Chefs National Champion. Her creative dish, Mediterranean Burrito Blast, showcased her imagination and growing culinary talent, earning her the top honor among more than 1,600 submissions nationwide. Roselyn’s passion for cooking shined throughout the competition, from her district event all the way to the national stage. As part of her grand prize, she’ll enjoy an exciting in‑person kitchen experience with a Sodexo National Chef — an opportunity that will continue to inspire her culinary journey.
