Simple Servings
This award-winning, student-trusted premium food allergy offer serves hot meals prepared free from eight of the nine most common allergens. Chefs craft these food offerings without milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and gluten.

Simply 3
This station serves hot meals free from 3 highly avoided allergens: milk, nuts and gluten. This grants students with these food allergies safe meals and more variety, compared to Simple Servings, including a breakfast and dessert offering.

Simple Zone
This main food allergen-free pantry gives students with food allergies the freedom of self-serve. Here, a reach-in refrigerator offers heat-and-eat meals, while dedicated appliances like a toaster and microwave reduce the risk of cross-contact during meal prep. Students can also safely enhance their meals with a variety of gluten-free, nut-free and/or dairy-free staples like condiments, bread and milk, taking the stress out of dining with food allergies.
