SodexoMAGIC is a joint venture formed in 2006, between Magic Johnson Enterprises, LLC, which is owned by NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo, Inc. Mr. Johnson holds a 51% stake in the company and serves as Chairman, qualifying SodexoMAGIC as a NMSDC-certified Minority Owned Business.

Meet Our President


Selena Cuffe 
President, SodexoMAGIC

Selena joined SodexoMAGIC with more than 15 years of experience, notably as co-founder and CEO of Heritage Link Brand, an L.A.-based, MWBE-certified wine enterprise that was driven by her passion to build partnerships between America and Africa. As CEO, she successfully led the brand’s development from concept to sustainable operations and today it exceeds 70M liters sold annually. Most recently, she served as head of strategy and operations for a tech start-up; she holds a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Selena leads an all-African American, women’s leadership team to oversee its 1,700 U.S. client sites and 6,500 employees, in partnership with Sodexo’s business lines and senior leaders.

Kisha Mitchell Williams

Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer


Kisha is a seasoned leader who has grown billion-dollar marketing portfolios for the leading companies: Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods and Procter & Gamble. As the head of Brand Management for the $4B Buffalo Wild Wings business, Kisha led a team that reversed declining revenues and repositioned the iconic brand.


Kisha is the co-founder of the nationally acclaimed My Black Is Beautiful brand, a community-first platform developed to start a national conversation around the biases African American women face in defining a standard of beauty. Since its inception, My Black Is Beautiful has earned numerous industry awards, including an Emmy for Best Commercial and the Grand Prix in Film at the Cannes Lions. It has garnered community service awards including keys to the city in both Charlotte, NC, and Cincinnati, OH.


Recognized with a Mosaic Award and a Multicultural Award of Excellence from the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) in 2010, Kisha was also featured by Black Enterprise in 2011 as one of the most powerful African Americans in marketing and advertising. She has an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a BS from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Feeding Student Success

As the SodexoMAGIC Cafeteria Manager, Kevin Dyer makes sure the students at Payne Elementary school are fed healthy, delicious meals and snacks.  The way he sees it, though, that’s just part of his job. With many of the students living in challenging circumstances, he’s always there for a hug or high five.
