Sodexo Named to the Seramount Inclusion Index, Recognized as an Inclusive Workplace Leader
BETHESDA, Md. (August 22, 2024) – Sodexo, a global leader in foodservice and facilities management, is proud to announce that it’s been added to Seramount’s sixth annual Inclusion Index. Sodexo was among 42 organizations recognized as a Leading Inclusion Index Company out of 160 organizations that applied to participate.

The Inclusion Index provides organizations the metrics needed to understand trends and opportunities in demographic representation, creates a road map to drive internal change, and identifies DEI solutions to close any gaps. Organizations provided data and were measured in three key areas: best practices in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of people from underrepresented groups—women, racial/ethnic groups, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ people; inclusive company culture; and demographic diversity.
