Sodexo Expands Partnership with Crown College
ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. (June 7, 2022) – Sodexo, a leader in food service and facilities management, will expand services with Crown College from dining alone to a fully integrated dining and facility management program. The new contract will begin a 15-year term on July 1st, 2022, and include maintenance, custodial, and grounds services; Sodexo has already been a partner of Crown College’s dining services since 2016.
“Sodexo has been a great partner with Crown College since 2016, and we are excited about continuing our relationship with Sodexo food service and adding their expertise in facilities management”, said Chief Operations Officer Mike Price. “This more integrated partnership with Sodexo and a newly renovated dining center will ultimately provide a best-in-class student experience.”
Our newly renovated dining hall will not only increase seating capacity, but the revamped program will fuel students throughout the day with new concepts, variety, pizza stations, all day breakfast and hot-pressed paninis made to order. At the forefront of this experience, we keep students learning and exploration in mind with our newly added action stations that will bring rotating concepts such as a fresh grill, Asian inspired stir fry, and authentic ramen and pasta toss. One thing is for sure, Crown Students will have variety and numerous healthy options full of excitement, fun, and creativity at every meal.
With the newly added services, the Crown-Sodexo partnership will now provide a fully integrated dining and facilities management program that will not only bring innovations to campus, keeping Crown ahead of new dining trends, but will also support and leverage resources and efficiencies across all services to enhance the student experience. Additionally, Sodexo will offer student employment and internship opportunities to students so learning may continue beyond the classroom.
Sodexo’s Universities segment provides facilities management and food service to universities across the U.S. and globally. With nearly 50 years of experience, Sodexo focuses on improving and impacting the student experience every day, for today and tomorrow.
