MIAMI, Fla. (March 24, 2022) Hard Rock Stadium and food and beverage partner Sodexo Live! have a best-in-class lineup of food and beverage offerings in place for this year’s Miami Open, presented by Itaú. The offerings capture the world-class notoriety of Miami cuisine, and will help ensure fans have a memorable experience.

The tournament is back in full swing March 21 to April 3 and features an impressive slate of the world’s biggest brands activating with innovative and immersive experiences during the iconic tennis and lifestyle festival held at Hard Rock Stadium.

Dayanny de la Cruz, Hard Rock Stadium Executive Chef, said, Our entire Sodexo Live! team has been preparing for this tournament all year long. We want tennis fans to truly experience the diversity of flavors that South Florida has to offer! And we work hard to hire local employees and utilize regional suppliers, so we can be catalysts for the local economy.

Hard Rock Stadium was the first sports facility in North America to receive the esteemed GBAC Star accreditation, and the global entertainment destination has evolved its industry-leading fan experience safety protocols over the past year, as live events and experiences recovered from the COVID-19 slowdown.

The highlights of the dining experience for this year’s tournament include:

  • The Ace Paloma: the official tournament cocktail that fans can enjoy at the Dobel Tequila Bar, as well as around the entire campus. The Ace Paloma is a combination of Maestro Dobel Diamante, simple syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, fever-tree grapefruit soda – served over fresh ice into a diamante glass, and garnished with a rim of kosher salt and a pink grapefruit wedge.
  • The Court 29 Food Hall, featuring an expansive slate of iconic local restaurant concepts unique to South Florida, like Suviche, Novecento, Menchie’s, Fuku by David Chang, Ella Café, Dos Croquetas and Chef Jimmy Dean BBQ
  • The Kim Crawford Wine Lounge, featuring an OMAKAI Sushi exclusive menu for the Miami Open ranging from appetizers to sashimi and cut rolls – all to be enjoyed from their signature take-out boxes.
  • The Pommery Champagne Garden, serving up Sushi Maki, the first Marine Stewardship Council-certified sustainable multi-unit sushi restaurant in the U.S.
  • One-of-a-kind pop-up experiences from Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, Kiki on the River, The Wharf and more
  • The Michelob ULTRA Athletic Club, Cheeseburger Baby, the Casa Tua Courtside Club and more!

At the conclusion of the event, the Miami Open, Hard Rock Stadium and Sodexo Live! will work to donate leftover food items to the Miami chapter of Food Rescue US, to directly benefit local missions and shelters around South Florida.
