MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (September 15, 2021) – Today, Sodexo, Centerplate and global entertainment destination Hard Rock Stadium announced new culinary offerings and premium gameday activations to add to what is already considered one of the best fan dining experiences in all of football. Ahead of this Sunday’s home opener game, the new offerings capture the diverse tastes of South Florida that will delight home fans and visitors alike.

“For us, there is no offseason. We are always tinkering with our program, to ensure it best captures the incredible dining scene in Miami and the neighboring areas,” added Executive Chef Dayanny de la Cruz. “With the support of such a forward-facing visionary partner as the Dolphins, we are excited to safely welcome back fans this season, and have them enjoy our new offerings.”

Returning popular local partners include Novecento, Mojo Donuts, Pastry Is Art (a female, minority-owned bakery), Pollo Tropical, Chef Jimmy Dean’s BBQ and SEEDS (a minority-owned business).

Milestone partnership to raise food allergy awareness In the offseason, Hard Rock Stadium also became the first venue to create a special kitchen space designed in collaboration with FARE to produce allergy-friendly concessions offerings, focused on limiting the use of gluten, nuts, milk, and shellfish allergens at events at the venue. The program is part of a broader effort to raise food allergy awareness and provide equitable access to options free from the top eight allergens and was supplemented by instructor-led staff training provided for and certified by FARE. Every fan will have access to allergy-friendly options with four grab-and-go, and four concession stands on the 100, 200 and 300 levels. These options will be available to suite holders as well.

Supporting locally owned-minority businesses

Throughout the pandemic, the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium and Centerplate worked to support local minority-owned businesses in South Florida with the Miami Dolphins Foundation Food Relief Program. In forging these local relationships, Hard Rock Stadium Executive Chef Dayanny De La Cruz will look to incorporate them in the 2021-2022 season and for future initiatives to come.

In a continued effort to bring innovative, local cuisine to the guest experience at Hard Rock Stadium, a top-tier rotation of Miami's local talent and celebrity chefs will feature local restaurants and menu items as game-day activations for the 72 Club and the NINE premium spaces.
