Sodexo is redefining school dining at Long Branch Public Schools through an innovative student-centered approach. General Manager Nawal Maroun has created a fun, inclusive space where students actively shape their dining experience through engagement opportunities such as hosting monthly food advisory meetings that give students the opportunity to offer feedback, taste test new menu items and even lead projects like decorating the cafeteria for seasonal celebrations.

This collaborative effort has led to the introduction of flavorful, nutritious meals and increased student involvement. The result? A dining program that fosters pride, excitement and a stronger sense of community.
