  • Increase your patronage and encourage your guests to spend more time in your venue during their next visit. Offer them savory, creative meal options, with authentic flavors reflective of your region. Guests will enjoy experiencing the local fare and exceptional hospitality, without sacrificing time spent within your venue.

Patrons to the National WWII Museum enjoy the classic flavors of New Orleans with a modern American twist, including dishes like crawfish Benedict, po’boys, fried shrimp, oysters, a Red White & Blue burger with fresh local strawberries, roast beef gravy fries, and even a Frito pie. The on-site culinary team blends bayou, Cajun and Creole cues with the limitless reality of today’s modern kitchen to bring an authentic taste of New Orleans to each guest.

Further, Sodexo Live! hosts a monthly Dinner with a Curator events, which are an evening of dinner and history hosted by The American Sector Restaurant & Bar culinary team, and The National WWII Museum professionals. Guests participate in a discussion on a featured topic related to World War II, which is interpreted through the Museum's collection, as well as a theme-inspired four-course dinner paired with beverage specials.

We are active stewards with local, civic-minded groups, and believe in the power of hospitality to bring the missions of our cultural attractions into the heart of their surrounding communities.
