Offshore Industry Evolution: Embracing Digital Transformation

In April 2026, Sodexo sponsored The Chevron Championship, turning a premier LPGA tournament into a platform for meaningful impact. Through its presence at the event, Sodexo supported workforce development, strengthened community connections and delivered measurable value for the communities we serve.

A cornerstone of this year's event was Career Days, a two-day experience that brought together high school and collegiate student athletes to explore future career opportunities.
Through direct engagement with industry leaders, participants gained insight into career pathways across the golf ecosystem and broader business community. The program reflects a commitment to developing future talent and creating access to meaningful careers. By investing in the next generation, Sodexo is helping build a stronger, more inclusive workforce for the future

Sodexo team members delivered meaningful impact beyond the tournament through community engagement initiatives.
As part of Servathon, team members supported Kids' Meals in Houston, contributing volunteer hours, raising funds, and preparing meal support materials for underserved preschool aged children.
These efforts reflect Sodexo's commitment to strengthening local communities and addressing critical needs such as childhood hunger.

The Chevron Championship illustrates the value that can be achieved when an event is rooted in shared goals and community priorities. From workforce development to community impact, the outcomes delivered throughout the tournament demonstrate what is possible.
Sodexo looks forward to opportunities to build on this momentum and continue delivering value to the communities it serves.
Through its involvement in The Chevron Championship, Sodexo is proud to support a world-class event while delivering lasting value for people, communities, and the future workforce.
