This Women’s History Month, we are proud to highlight three accomplished women at our company, Samantha Morgenstern, Kiawanna Everett, and Nadia Miranda, who are making a difference in their careers and inspiring others along the way. Though they work in different segments, they share a common commitment to driving change, mentoring others, and creating opportunities for professional growth. Their stories reflect the power of leadership, resilience, and support in shaping successful careers.

Beyond her work in healthcare, Samantha is passionate about mentorship and career growth. She actively recognizes women’s achievements in the workplace, fosters confidence in her colleagues, and encourages open discussions about career aspirations.

“For women looking to take action and grow in their careers, my advice would be to start by embracing your strengths and recognizing the unique qualities you bring to the table,” Samantha shares.

She believes in the power of self-advocacy and continuous learning, urging women to seek opportunities, develop their skills, and embrace challenges as stepping stones to success.
