Meet Nicole: Senior Manager, Safety and Security

Nicole Moot has built a dynamic and rewarding career at Sodexo Live!, combining her passion for leadership, problem-solving, and safety. Since joining in 2016, she has played a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food and health safety, security, and compliance across 160+ airline lounges in the U.S. and beyond.

As Senior Manager of Safety and Security for our airline lounges, no two days are the same for Nicole. She frequently travels to lounges across the country, conducting site visits, training teams, and collaborating with leadership to enhance safety and security operations. Whether she’s overseeing compliance, working with government agencies, or supporting new lounge openings, she thrives in the fast-paced world of airline hospitality.

For Nicole, the best part of her job is the people. She partners with a team of experts, from frontline staff to executives, all working together to create exceptional experiences for travelers. The energy, innovation, and teamwork in the airline segment keep her inspired every day.
