Centerplate Kicks Off New Football Season With a Winning Lineup of Menu Options

September 06, 2019

Company will celebrate 100th Anniversary of NFL in February in Miami Gardens

Stamford, Conn. (September 6, 2019) – With the new football season set to kick off today, Centerplate – hospitality partner to North America’s premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues – has announced an array of new culinary concepts, facility improvements and environmental initiatives for its partner NFL teams around the league. The wide array of food offerings this season include popular local restaurant concepts and bold new menu items. The company looks forward to celebrating the final game of the season on Sunday, February 2nd in Miami Gardens at Hard Rock Stadium, as the league crowns this year’s champion.

“We don’t really have an offseason,” said Steve Pangburn, Centerplate interim Chief Executive Officer. “Our managers, chefs and teams work hard all year-round to ideate new ways to enhance the in-person experience and it is exciting that we now get to bring our ideas to life. It's all about working with our local partners, the quality of the food and providing lasting memories for our guests who come to the stadium to soak it all in.”

The latest offerings implement a wide range of upgrades from last season.
