Published on : 1/5/23
  • Sodexo Live! has been named one of the "Best Employers in Sports" for 2022 by leading sports media publication Front Office Sports. The list is created annually to recognize the top organizations in the industry that excel in leadership, commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion, employee relations, and philanthropy. This year’s list represents the top 15 percent of the companies that participated.

Winners are selected from thousands of employee-submitted responses to questions covering a diverse range of topics, from company culture to day-to-day experiences. The only hospitality provider named, Sodexo Live! is featured alongside 29 other industry-leading organizations, including Fanatics, the Denver Broncos, and the New York Mets.

The recognition comes on the heels of our new People Ambition initiative launch, which was created to redefine how we attract, retain, and grow talent. The program taps into feedback directly from our team members and includes employee benefits, development, mentorship and growth opportunities, and more.

Our team members are at the heart of how we create unforgettable moments at the venues and events we serve, from Super Bowls and the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix to collegiate championship games and MiLB baseball games. With a people-first mindset, we’re focused on building a culture where each of our 40,000 global team members takes great pride in contributing to the success of our partners, the happiness of our guests, and feeling empowered to pursue their passions.

“It’s an incredible honor for Sodexo Live! to be awarded this title, but even more so because the recognition comes from our team members’ submissions,” said Tracey Jenkins, Sodexo Live!’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. “We’re proud of the culture we’ve built, but we’ll always strive for more inclusivity, equality, and support for our team members now and in the future so we can leave the industry a little better than we found it.”
