DiversityInc Names Sodexo Among Top Companies for LGBT Employees and #1 for Recruiting Women of Color

Additional rankings celebrate company’s commitment to sponsorship, mentoring, executive women and more

DiversityIncGAITHERSBURG, MD -- May 8, 2019 – Sodexo, a food services and facilities management company committed to improving Quality of Life, announced it has been recognized by DiversityInc for the 11th consecutive year. Sodexo was named among the Top Companies for LGBT Employees and ranked #1 and #2, respectively, on its Top 9 Companies for Talent Acquisition for Women of Color and Top 15 Companies for Executive Women lists.

As a member of DiversityInc’s Hall of Fame, an honor bestowed only to six U.S. companies for exceptional human capital management accomplishments and superior corporate values and culture, Sodexo was named to four additional specialty lists:

· #6 on the Top 13 Companies for Talent Acquisition

· #9 on the Top 12 Companies for Sponsorship

· #9 on the Top 14 Companies for Mentoring

· #8 on the Top 14 Companies for Employee Resource Groups
